I ordered my Shark Portable Steam Pocket after reading some Shark Portable Steam Pocket reviews online. This is a great little product packing some great features.
It provides chemical-free steam cleaning in a portable device and can be used as a cleaning solution all over your house. I have used mine many times and I must say I agree with other reviews that say how well this works.
As a portable item, it is lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it successfully for deodorizing and freshening clothes. I was surprised at the quality of the continuous stream flow it gives, even after reading all the positive reviews.
The Shark Portable Steam Pocket reviews had also not prepared me for the amount of extras included with this product. When I opened the package, I had received a steam bottle, a concentrator nozzle with a cleaning tool, a cylinder cleaning wand and a wedge cleaning wand.
There are also a number of cleaning pockets included — a wedge squeegee cleaning pocket, a wedge scrubber cleaning pocket, an all-purpose wedge cleaning pocket and a cylinder steam duster.
This is not all, as the package also includes two nylon brush attachments, a garment steamer bonnet attachment, a filling cup, an extension hose and a shower door squeegee. Thankfully with all this stuff it also comes with an accessory bag!
The specific cleaning pockets each let you use the tool for many different uses. The particularly useful, all-purpose, cleaning cylinder was highlighted in one of the Shark Portable Steam Pocket reviews I first read.
It is thin and easy to handle and it allows for controlled cleaning in and between difficult areas. The quilted, cleaning fabric gives excellent cleaning on multiple surfaces. The non-chemical cleaning it gives is gentle but very effective.
The all-purpose wedge that comes with it is one of my favorite attachments. It provides exceptional flat surface cleaning; I have used it to great effect on floors and counter-tops. I have used some of the other accessories to clean into some hard-to-reach areas around the home.
The steam duster cylinder is another one of the attachments that truly impressed me. It provides outstanding dusting results. It reaches into corners I had forgotten were even there! I am very impressed with the quality of these cleaning attachments.
In the Shark Portable Steam Pocket reviews, nobody seems to have tried all of its possible applications and I cannot honestly say that I have either. Those that I have tried have been fantastic though.
To be honest, I bought this on the strength of the reviews that said this product would provide an all-purpose cleaning solution that would save me a lot of effort and I have not been upset with it.
My first test of it was in the kitchen. I attached the appropriate accessories with ease and in less than a minute was actually doing some effortless cleaning. I was able to remove the stuck on grease and grime from the stove and the grout between the tiles of my kitchen floor.
It only took me 20 minutes to clean the whole kitchen. This is a job that would usually take me at least an hour and with much more effort. I can honestly report that I don’t think my kitchen has ever been cleaner, my mother even commented on how clean it was looking and her standards are very high indeed!
This machine does a great job of cleaning your home without the chemicals and without the labor work. Not only does it exceed your cleaning expectations but it also refreshes, sanitizes and deodorizes your home and garments in minutes. It does take a lot of the effort out of some difficult jobs and it is quite a pleasure to use. Like the writers of other Shark Portable Steam Pocket reviews, I am very happy with this tool.
